  • The deep, relational, attachment based modality of Emotionally Focused Therapy - a short-term, expeditious couples model which focuses on what is happening in a moment to process, build trust, and reform bonds between partners

  • Traditional methods of Sex Therapy - which is talk therapy and never involves nudity or sexual touching; and offers people education, methods, and suggestions blended in with the other methods here to help treat intimacy struggles
